Luxury Presence is the better fit for agents and teams who want their website, search visibility, content, and ads run by a vendor, while Rechat suits brokerages that want every agent producing branded marketing from a single platform. Both quote prices through a demo, and both sit near the top of our category, but they solve different problems. Luxury Presence sells a managed service around one brand. Rechat sells software that lets many agents market themselves under the brokerage’s brand.
Who each platform is built for
Luxury Presence builds polished agent and team websites, then layers on SEO, blog content, paid ads, and lead nurture as you move up its plans. Its buyer is usually an agent or team leader who treats the website as a long-term brand asset and would rather pay a vendor than write blog posts or manage ad budgets.
Rechat is a brokerage platform. It puts a CRM, branded design templates, email campaigns, social posting, agent websites, and market reports behind one login. The brokerage sets the brand, and every agent produces flyers, emails, and posts that follow it without a designer touching each piece. Independent agents can use it, but most buyers are brokerages and large teams.
Winner: depends on who is buying. Luxury Presence for an agent or team brand. Rechat for a brokerage with many agents.
Marketing features
Luxury Presence
The 2026 lineup has four plans. Launch+ covers a professionally designed website, lead capture forms, home valuation tools, neighborhood pages, home search, and up to five property sites. Brand+ adds on-page SEO and LLM search visibility work, Google Business Profile setup and monthly posts, two blog posts a month, a digital CMA builder, and up to 10 property sites. Leads Pro adds ad budget management, SMS nurture sequences, four blog posts a month, and a dedicated client success manager. All In adds retargeting ads, six blog posts a month, custom local guides, dedicated SEO and strategy specialists, and a branded mobile app.
Rechat
Rechat’s Marketing Center produces listing flyers, emails, social graphics, websites, and CMA presentations from brokerage templates. Market reports, powered by Local Logic, build data-backed neighborhood updates in seconds. Studio adds built-in QR codes for print pieces, and agents can boost listings with ads on Instagram and Facebook straight from the app. The work still comes from the agent, but the templates make it fast and on brand.
Winner: Luxury Presence for search visibility and content that brings in new buyers and sellers. Rechat wins for day-to-day listing marketing across many agents.
Design and brand control
Luxury Presence is known for design. Its sites are built to present high-end listings well, and every plan includes property sites for individual listings. Agents who want a look that does not resemble every other template site, and who are willing to pay for it, will see the difference. Custom website design is also available as an add-on on any plan.
Rechat approaches design from the other side. The goal is not one beautiful site but thousands of consistent pieces. The brokerage controls the templates, logos, colors, and disclaimers, and agents fill in listing details. That protects the brand and keeps required brokerage information on every piece, which matters because most state license laws require the brokerage name on agent advertising. The tradeoff is that an individual agent has less room to stand out.
Winner: Luxury Presence for a distinctive agent brand. Rechat wins for brand consistency across an office.
AI and automation
Rechat leans hard into AI. Its assistant, Lucy, launched in 2025 and creates marketing, manages tasks, and sends follow-up notifications when new leads or listings arrive. For an agent with a new listing, that means a draft campaign ready to review instead of a blank template.
Luxury Presence uses AI mainly on the search side. Brand+ and higher plans include work aimed at visibility in AI search tools and LLMs, alongside traditional SEO. Its automation is mostly delivered as service: SMS nurture sequences, ad management, and scheduled blog posts on the plans that include them.
Winner: Rechat for AI help inside the agent’s daily work. Luxury Presence wins if your goal is being found in AI search answers.
CRM and integrations
Rechat includes its own CRM, and it also syncs leads, contacts, tasks, and email performance with Follow Up Boss, which matters for brokerages where agents already live in that CRM. It connects with transaction tools such as Loft47 and SkySlope, so deals and marketing can share data. Agents get mobile apps on iOS and Android.
Luxury Presence routes leads from home search, home valuation, and paid advertising into its CRM, and its Lead Nurture Marketing add-on works through that CRM connection. It is built around getting leads into a pipeline, not around brokerage operations.
Mobile access differs too. Rechat’s iOS and Android apps let agents open deal checklists, websites, and presentations from a phone. Luxury Presence offers a branded iOS and Android app on the All In plan or as an add-on, so ask in the demo what your agents and clients can each do in it.
Winner: Rechat for brokerages that want marketing tied to the CRM and deal tools agents already use.
Pricing and total cost
Neither vendor publishes a rate card, so you will need a demo for each. The cost structures differ even without numbers.
- Luxury Presence charges for a service. Higher plans include more blog posts, more property sites, ad management, and specialist time, and any ad budget is a real cost on top. A solo agent with a small budget will find it expensive compared with do-it-yourself tools.
- Rechat is usually licensed by the brokerage for its agents. Ask how pricing scales with agent count, whether the CRM and Lucy are included, and whether agents can be charged back through their fees.
When you compare quotes, put a year of fees next to the work each one replaces. For Luxury Presence, that is a web designer, an SEO and content writer, and an ad manager. For Rechat, that is a marketing coordinator and the separate tools your agents now pay for on their own.
Winner: tie. Each can be good value for the buyer it targets and expensive for the wrong one.
Setup and onboarding
Luxury Presence handles most of the work. Brand+ and higher plans include phone, email, and chat support with dedicated onboarding, and Leads Pro adds a dedicated client success manager. Your main job is approving the design and the content.
Rechat takes longer to roll out because the brokerage has to build its templates, set brand rules, and train agents, and the CRM takes time to adopt. Brokerages that assign an internal owner for the launch tend to get far more from it.
Winner: Luxury Presence for a fast, hands-off start.

Frequently asked questions
Can a solo agent use Rechat?
A solo agent can use Rechat, but the platform is built mainly for brokerages and teams that need brand control across many agents. If your brokerage already licenses it, use it. If you would be paying on your own, compare it with simpler tools, since much of its value comes from shared templates and brokerage-level controls.
Does Luxury Presence replace your CRM?
Luxury Presence routes leads from its home search, valuation tools, and ads into its CRM, and its Lead Nurture Marketing add-on runs through that connection. Whether it replaces your current CRM depends on your team. Ask in the demo whether the CRM is part of your plan and how it connects to the system your agents use now.
Which is better for listing marketing, Luxury Presence or Rechat?
Rechat is better for everyday listing marketing because agents can produce branded flyers, emails, social posts, and listing ads from templates in minutes. Luxury Presence offers property sites for listings, from five on Launch+ up to 50 on All In, but its main strength is the agent’s overall website and search visibility.
How do you compare quotes from two vendors that do not publish prices?
Ask both for a written quote covering a full year, including setup, required add-ons, and any ad budget. Then list the people and tools each one replaces, such as a designer, writer, or marketing coordinator. The better value is the quote that replaces the most cost for the work you actually need done.
